Sprinkler Irrigation Repair Warranty
1 Year Standard Warranty
The IrriGators provide a one-year parts and labor warranty on qualifying irrigation repairs and replacement components installed by our company.
Covered Repairs and Components
This warranty applies to major components repaired or replaced by The IrriGators, including:
- Irrigation controllers
- Backflow prevention devices
- Rain and freeze sensors
- Weather stations
- Irrigation valves
The warranty also applies to minor repairs involving:
- Spray heads and nozzles
- Rotor sprinkler heads
- Drip irrigation tubing
- Broken irrigation pipes
- Risers and shrub adapters
Water-Pressure Requirements
This warranty is void if the property’s static water pressure exceeds 80 PSI, unless an approved pressure-reducing valve is installed by The IrriGators. Consistently high water pressure can cause premature wear, leaks, and damage to irrigation components.
The IrriGators are not responsible for pressure increases, decreases, or fluctuations caused by municipal water-system operations, repairs, maintenance, or other conditions outside our control.
Warranty Period and Limitations
The repair warranty remains in effect for one year from the date the covered repair or installation is completed. Any labor, materials, or additional services required after the one-year warranty period will be billed at the applicable rates.
This warranty becomes null and void if the homeowner, another contractor, or any company other than The IrriGators modifies, repairs, replaces, or otherwise performs work on a component or area previously repaired or installed by The IrriGators.
The warranty applies only to the specific repair or component listed on the original invoice. It does not cover unrelated problems, failures in other areas of the irrigation system, pre-existing conditions, damage caused by misuse or external forces, or new issues that arise after the original repair has been completed.
Regulatory Compliance
All irrigation repairs and installations will be completed in accordance with applicable state and local regulations.
